We charge a 10% refund fee for any electric skateboard purchase on esk8europe.com. Before you do your next purchase on ESK8europe.com please contact esk8europe@outlook.com to get a 10% discount on any board on our shop. 

 

 

Warranty Summary

Please note that we have to receive the video proof about the product problems so that we can process the tech support. Only video proof could work which is very important for us to figure out the component defections.

Here at FÄBOARD, we warranty our products to be free of manufacturing defects for 180-days from date of purchase. This Limited Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, wheel, or any damage, failure or loss caused by improper assembly, maintenance, storage or mis-use.

FÄBOARD is not liable for incidental or consequential loss or damage due directly or indirectly to the use of this product.

For your records, we recommend you save your original sales receipt with your FÄBOARD product manual and write the serial number directly on your product manual for reference.

 

What's Covered Under Warranty...And What's Not Covered

From the date of the purchase of the product we will provide 180 days free repair service if the product has quality issues. After 6 months, you will be charged a service fee.

Remote control and lithium battery can be replaced if they haven’t been disassembled in half a year. Customers need to charge the lithium battery once every two weeks when not using it. Motor’s defects liability period is 6 months. Other accessories are not included in defects liability.

If the product has a problem under the following conditions within the warranty period, company will charge basic repair fee:

  1. Improper operation include impact, crashing, etc.
  2. Disassembling, repackaging and repairing without company’s instruction.
  3. Motor stall and overweight usage.
  4. Irresistible force (fire, flood, earthquake, etc.)
  5. used in a manner other than for recreation or transportation;

Who Pays for Shipping?

If your product is covered under warranty, shipping within the continental US will be free of charge. If it is not covered under the warranty period, the user must pay for shipping. For international orders, customers need to pay for the shipping fee within or not within the warranty period.

We recommend that you ship your FÄBOARD, insured for the retail value, via US Priority Mail, FedEx, or UPS and keep your tracking number for future reference. FÄBOARD will take responsibility for all packages that are signed for and received at our Returns Facility. Please contact your shipping service for packages that do not make it to our facility. Our Receiving Department will email you when the shipment arrives.

 

Returns – Summary

We want you to love your FÄBOARD. If something isn’t working for you, we want to make it right. Products can be returned within 5 days of purchase. The original receipt (with purchase number) is also needed. If it is used normally within the first 5 days, we will refund for the full purchase price. If it is broken or has small problems when we receive it, we will provide evidence and charge an appropriate service fee because it prohibits us to directly sell the product again.

Who Pays for Shipping?

Due to the expensive cost of electric skateboard shipment, we will provide instructions to our customers about how to fix the board and ship the necessary fixing components and tools to customers first. If the problems have to be solved by our tech support team, the board has to be sold to our after-sale tech support. For now, we only have US after-tech support center. So, for countries except US, we can only ship the components and tools to our customers and provide instructions about how to fix the board.
