Privacy Policy

1. Data we collect

  • Device and usage data (automatically): IP address, browser, device, time zone, pages viewed, referrer, interactions, collected via cookies, log files, tags and pixels.
  • Contact/order data: name, billing and shipping address, e-mail, phone, order details, payment information (card data is processed by the payment provider, not stored by us).
  • Communication data: content of e-mails, support requests and contact forms.
  • Newsletter data: e-mail address and, if provided, name and preferences.

2. Purposes and legal bases

  • Processing and delivering orders, payments, returns and warranty claims, customer communication – performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Statutory retention and tax obligations – legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
  • Operating and securing the website, fraud prevention, affiliate settlement – legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • Analytics and marketing cookies/pixels and the newsletter – your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and national ePrivacy rules), which you can withdraw at any time.

3. Service providers and recipients

We do not sell your personal data. We use the following services, which process personal data on our behalf or to provide their services; advertising and analytics services only receive data after you consent via the cookie banner:

  • Shopify (online shop platform, hosting, checkout)
  • PayPal and Stripe (payment processing)
  • Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads (Google, website analytics and conversion measurement/remarketing)
  • Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft, usage analytics incl. session recordings/heatmaps)
  • Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms, Facebook/Instagram advertising)
  • TikTok Pixel (TikTok, advertising)
  • Snap Pixel (Snap Inc., advertising)
  • Klaviyo (newsletter, e-mail marketing, sign-up forms)
  • Zendesk (customer support)
  • GoAffPro (affiliate program)
  • Pandectes (cookie consent management)
  • Shipping and logistics companies (e.g. postal services, DHL, UPS – delivery of your order)

We may also disclose data to authorities where required by law.

4. Cookies, analytics and advertising

We use necessary cookies to operate the shop and, with your consent, analytics and marketing cookies/pixels from the providers listed above. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via the cookie settings on our website and block cookies in your browser.

5. Newsletter

Our newsletter uses double opt-in: after signing up you receive an e-mail asking you to confirm your subscription; only then do we send you information about our products and offers. The newsletter is sent via Klaviyo. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every newsletter or by e-mail to eu@onsra.com.

6. Transfers abroad

Some of our service providers process data outside the EEA and Switzerland, in particular in the USA. Switzerland is covered by an EU Commission adequacy decision. For countries without an adequate level of protection we rely on recognised safeguards such as the EU-U.S. / Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

7. Retention

Order and accounting records are kept for 10 years (Art. 958f Swiss Code of Obligations). Other data is kept only as long as needed for its purpose (e.g. newsletter data until you unsubscribe; support data until your request is handled; analytics data for at most 26 months) or as required by law.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your personal data, to restrict processing, to object (in particular to direct marketing), to data portability and to withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the EU member state where you live (list at edpb.europa.eu), or with the Swiss FDPIC.
